You can cancel your subscription from the Billing portal.

You can reset your password from your profile page. If you are logged out and can't remember your password, you can reset it here.
Where can I find a receipt for my payment?
You can download all receipts on the Billing portal.
I lost the admin link for my poll. How can I get it back?
If you send us a message we will do our best to help you retrieve it.
What is the maximum amount of participants a poll can have?
Polls can have an unlimited amount of participants.
How can I edit my poll submission later?
If you created an account, head to your dashboard, then open the poll. If you do not have an account, then go to the unique link that you were given when you first participated.
Is TallyCal free?
Most features are free on TallyCal. However, we do offer a few paid features for power users.
Do I need to create an account to use TallyCal?
No, for most features as a participant or a host, you do not need to create an account with TallyCal.
Is there a limit to the number of polls I can make?
You can make an unlimited amount of polls.
Is there a limit to the amount of timeslots a poll can have?
Free users can have up to 15 timeslots per poll. Pro users can have unlimited.
Is there a discount if I pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yes, check out the billing page for more details.
What are the advantages of creating an account?
All of your data will be centralized in one location and you can retrieve and edit it easier later.
